Return & Refund Policy

All sweets, savories, and traditional namkeens available on bajajsweets.com are freshly handcrafted perishable food products made with pure Desi Ghee. We do not accept physical returns once an order is delivered.

Replacement or refund is provided under specific verified conditions:

• The packaging is delivered crushed, leaked, or visibly broken in transit.
• The sweets spoiled during courier transit delays.
• You received a completely wrong item or quantity.

Reporting Window: Report the issue within 4 hours of delivery via WhatsApp/Call at +91 8923890009 or email at info@bajajsweets.com with unboxing photos/videos.

• Delivery failures due to incorrect customer address or non-reachable phone number.
• Fresh milk sweets (e.g. Rasmalai, Kalakand) spoiling because they were not refrigerated immediately after receipt.
• Personal preference of sweetness, color, or taste variations.
• Refusal to accept the parcel at the door without valid visible transit damage.

Approved claims are resolved as follows:

• Online Payments (UPI, Cards, Net Banking): Refund credited back to your original source within 3–5 business days.
• COD Orders: Transferred via UPI or NEFT/IMPS within 2–4 business days.
• Free Replacement: A freshly prepared batch will be dispatched immediately on priority courier if requested.

You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it, provided kitchen preparation or packaging has not begun. Once handed over to courier dispatch, orders cannot be canceled.
